At Occasions Dryfruit, we are committed to providing high-quality dry fruits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how we handle product returns, refunds, and exchanges.


 1. Return Policy

We take pride in delivering fresh and premium quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:


– Eligibility for Returns:

  – Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  – The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  – Perishable items like dry fruits are not eligible for return if the packaging is opened or tampered with.


– Non-returnable Items:

  – Items purchased under special promotions or sales are non-returnable.

  – Customized or gift-packed items are also non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.


– Damaged or Defective Products:

  – In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

  – Send an email to care@occasionsdryfruit.com with your order number and clear images of the damaged product.

  – We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund upon verification.


 2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.


– Refund Source:

  – Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, bank account, wallet).

  – The refund processing time is usually 5-7 business days after approval.

  

– Shipping Costs:

  – Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or defective.

  – For returns due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


 3. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at care@occasionsdryfruit.com and provide the necessary details.


 4. Order Cancellations

– Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

– After this period, the order is processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.
