From Grandma's Kitchen to Yours: Authentic Dry Fruit Halwa Recipe

Sauté mixed dry fruits in ghee till golden.

Roast semolina in ghee till golden and aromatic.

Simmer water in a separate pan.

Slowly pour hot water into roasted semolina.

Add sugar, cook till mixture thickens.

Mix in sautéed dry fruits, cardamom, saffron.

Cook for 2-3 minutes for flavors to meld.

Transfer to serving dish, garnish with pistachios.
